HP Office Jet 4650 / Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M283cdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M283cdw to replace my old HP Office Jet 4650, planning to get Instant Ink for the new printer. However, when I tried, it turned out Instant Ink is not available for the Laser Jet! At the same time, I was charged $14.13 for Instant Ink for the old printer Instant Ink ($13.05 for the new month plus, later on, $1.08 for cancelling!). I never used the old laser jet during that month. I would like a refund for the $14.13 since the reason I purchased a new HP printer was the convenience of the Instant Ink service! Nowhere does it say that HP does not provide the service for all its printers! Now I'm stuck with the Laser Jet which, by the way, has cartridges priced at about $80 *per color* (normal yield) and $100 USD *per color* (high yield)!!! Four cartridges, yellow, blue, red and black will cost me $400!!! Now that I have to spend so much money on ink for the new HP printer, I'm hoping HP can refund the $14.13 I paid for ink I never used!
