Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have an instant ink tri-color cartridge that suddenly says

it's not intended for use with this printer, after many months of light use..

Tried all the fixes to no avail. Instant Ink won't send

a new cartridge until the error is fixed. **bleep** ?

The program wants me to BUY a new cartridge.

If I have to do that, I don't need Instant Ink.

I do have a back up printer when needed.
