Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4122 All-in-One Printer

My deskjet4122 will not connect to wifi after power outage, yes I have tried every avenue. Currently it has instant ink cartridges and will not print even on USB. Question: will it print if I replace with NON-instant ink cartridges?
