So I have wasted hundreds and hundreds of dollars in ink and photo paper playing "match the right drop-down menu options" when HP has absolutely no guidance anywhere to explain what one option vs another actually means. I've gone through the manual - generic, a joke! I've gone through online help and explanations - same. Everything is too general and does not help. I am at my wits end and about to throw the printer off the balcony! No matter what I select, the end result of a beautiful color image comes out printed as gray with a hint of blue - no reds, or yellows, or sepia any other color or shade. For example, of dialog choices: color handling - printer manages or photoshop? printer profile? rendering intent? and dozens of choices within... How does one select what is not explained? Can someone please, please, please, set me on some path, or direct me to the right source, to understand these menu options so I can make informed choices? Or, is something just wrong with my printer? Any help and I'll be your friend forever....
