I ordered and received a 202X (CF502X) Yellow toner cartridge for my printer last summer and paid almost $100 for it. I did not open the box until this week, as the previous cartridge was still printing. The new cartridge installed and calibrated fine on 04/18/2023, but it did not print. The supplies status page said the cartridge was at 100% but the bar below printed white instead of yellow. I noticed that a part of the cartridge top seemed to be out of alignment compared to the other cartridges and the one I replaced. I have ordered a new yellow toner cartridge, as I am really out of yellow toner now, but would like to receive credit for the defective cartridge.

How do I get this addressed?

I should also add that I ordered the toner cartridge from hp.com, not a third party.
