Just purchased new all colors 902 XL ink cartridge. Printer recognizes all as a genuine hp cartridge and seems to be fine. cyan does not print at all. I have done so many cleanings that all but the cyan are not out of ink (literally lost almost $100 of ink). Nearest post to this one, the answer was: you need a new printer. That cannot be the answer to my question here. all of them work EXCEPT the cyan (well now the others are out... so I guess they dont work anymore either)

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I have the same printer and have the same problem with the cyan cartridge.  The other 3 work fine.  Oh - I'm using the standard cartridges, not XL.

I have exactly the same problem with cyan cartridge. Had problem since about October 2020. HP support very helpful and eventually sent me a new printer. Arrived approx 2 weeks ago. All printed fine for first day. Now no cyan - what is going on. This is now affecting my work.
