I have had nothing but problems with this printer since we had to change ink cartridges. First it was with the black cartridge not saying anything - just not printing in black. Had to get another black cartridge and send this one back as defective.

Now, the color cartridges were low and I got a code event of F0.01.09.01. I changed all the color cartridges and it continues with the same error message. I disconnected it, shut it off. I have tried everything with no success. I cant find the virtual support to help me with this issue.

There are other posts on the site and the suggestions to resolve the issue are as follows:

 

1. Remove all toner cartridges and power off the printer and then unplug the power cord. Wait at least a minute and with the cartridges still out, reconnect the power and start the printer. If it comes to ready and prompts for cartridges install them. Then you will want to perform a factory reset as per this HP tech document:
