How does one contact HP to complain about a lousy toner cartridge, and get a replacement??
This is the second one that was bad.
HP's "support" (I use the term VERY loosely) website is an absolute disaster. I apparently am not entitled to communicate with support because Support is only interested in helping with mechanical products; not the outrageously-priced accessory products (viz., toner) that they sell.

Well, of course, I did that when I installed it (doing double the number recommended on the cartridge). One end of the "green tube" has blue toner leaking out onto the metal cap. No, this is a bum cartridge. Given what I paid for it, HP ought to replace it. But of course, their website doesn't allow one to communicate with them concerning such subjects!
