Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,

I have the Laser jet Pro 500 color MFP M570dn printer which is working fine so far, but it is doing those weird and strange noises and Im scared that something is going to break. Can someone tell me what exactly I can do to fix that?

You can hear the noises at 0:20min.

Try starting the printer with no cartridges installed to see if it makes the same noise. If not, install the cartridges one by one, closing the door after each to see if the noise returns after installing a particular cartridge. If it does, that cartridge is bad and will need to be replaced. The noise sounds like a dragging drum in a toner cartridge to me but might also be a problem with the transfer belt. You can remove that to inspect for obvious physical damage.
