> I have a Color LaserJet CP1215 printer & running Windows 10.
> I understand "Toolbox Software" is unavailable for Windows 10.
> Toolbox Software was used to determine cartridge [ink dust] levels.
Q: How can I determine ink levels "without" the Toolbox Software ?

I answered my own question re: LaserJet CP1215 Ink Levels
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Go to Devices and Printers
3. Right Click on HP Color LaserJet CP1215
4. Scroll Down to Printing Preferences & Click HP Color LaserJet CP1215
5. Go to Services
6. Scroll to Print Supplies Status Page
7. Click on Go
This solution will provide a print out only. Not a display window.
