HP Color LaserJet M452nw

The printer produces black short horizontal lines mainly on the right side of the copy (front). There are a few on the left side as well but not as pronounced.

They are about 10 mm long and spaced evenly at about 57 mm.

The lines are more "beefy" when a lot of black is used and less visible when less black is printed.

I have replaced the black toner cartridge but it did't help.

I am looking for the "repetitive defects ruler" for this printer but I can't seem to find it.

I ran the cleaning program on the printer and printed some testing pages but nothing helped.

I scanned some pages, where the issue is visible.

Note: Some details are lost because of scanning/compression, in reality it looks worse.

I would appreciate any ideas on what could be the cause for this and possible solution. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply, I don't suppose this is something which can be fixed easily or is intended to be fixed by a regular consumer? If I try to fix it, do I need to replace the entire fuser unit or can the roller be exchanged separately?

You can buy a complete fuser and replace it, expensive but easy to replace ( not more than 8-10 screws) fuser for a simplex unit is around 200-250€.

You can even buy a fuser roller to replace, it's under 30 € but it's way more complicated for a fuser to disassemble replace the roller and assemble the fuser back to a working state.
