LaserJet Pro Color MFP M281fdw prints only black

Hello,

A few days ago, HP bricked my printer(thank you for that, think this will be my last HP printer after 25 years of being their customer) with their latest firmware. I couldnt print anymore because i was using cheaper inkt(non-hp) for my black toner. Tried a downgrade btw, but that didnt succeed.

So i placed a new original HP black(a golden ring for my wife is cheaper) in my printer, but now the printer is printing everything completely in black. I calibrated the colors and resetted the printer(it is in French now, dont know why) but it is still printing black.
Got 10 A4 papers in black, can almost build my own darkroom.

Anyway, anyone who knows a sollution for this?

but with the original inkt it is still  printing everyhting in black

I'd like to help!

I understand the printer only prints black and wasn't printing with third-party ink toners.

Were you able to replace the other toners with HP toners?

many thansk for the reply. I had one black non-hp brand in use, all the others were from HP. I changed the non-hp(because HP pushed a firmware that blockes non-hp toners) with a HP black toner. But now all my prints are completely black.

I downgraded the firmware and the printer prints normal with the non-hp inkt. But when using the hp toner, i am only getting fully black printed pages .
