Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Laserjet Pro MFP M281fdw has just begun printing yellow instead of red. Changed the cartridge without any success. Any advice would be appreciated

the printer will not print red? instead, it prints yellow? any idea would be appreciated in order to rectify the problem
