Please help. By changing cartridges something went wrong. A small bit broke of and when installing the new cartridges it makes a lot noise and write 54.2 error. Cannot ser where the small bit is missing but seems like tro cartridge rotator stops the wrong place. I can only mount one or two cartridges then it stops the wrong place and gives 54.2 error. Dont know what to do except dispose it. Have tried to locate the broken part maybe it could be glued on. It seems not to be able to rotate right or keep all cartridges in place. Ita a color laser jet pro m167n and only 3 years old i guess.

To explain more clealy. Have now worked some hours on the issue. It takes yellow and cysn but next color is magenta and it stops in a position with no room for placing the cartridge. I cannot move the drom in any direction even with brake realise.
