Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laserjet printer M2070W.  Smudges and streak lines on the printouts.  Is this a problem with the ink cartridge or the print mechanism?   Will replacing with a new ink cartridge solve my problem?  My current ink is still 78% full.

That is a toner 99%. Replace it.

I am very happy to update that the issue has been  resolved by replacning with a new toner cartridge.

The old toner was probably damaged in the humid environment here after 3 years of almost zero printing.
