I have a issue replacing new cortridge of printer LaserJet pro 404dn indicated cartridge's containing non hp chip Event code 10.00.46 please someone help me for solving this issue.

Tengo el mismo problema.

Una impresora HP M404n, toner original precintado de HP CF259A, al instalarlo comenta que esta bloqueado porque el chip no es original. Hemos reseteado por completo la impresora, actualizado el firmware, todo con el mismo resultado.

Se compraron dos unidades y las dos el mismo error.

Únicamente deja imprimir y entrar en el menu con el toner antiguo.
