I have been having trouble with my printer not printing correctly. Only black and yellow would print but no other colors. There would also be white lines over what should have been printed letters and images. I replaced all of the ink cartridges because they were all ultimately low and ran several rounds of print head cleaning and alignment. The print head cleaning resolved the white line issue after 7 runs. Still no color other than yellow and black however. After only running 15 test sheets and reports total my ink had run out on magenta, even though it hadn’t been used at all. The other three were also already starting to run low. With a flash light I was able to see ink within the interior of the printer meaning the ink cartridges were somehow leaking into the printer. I just bought these ink cartridges today and the printer is only two years old. I have not been able to use this printer in months. Is there anything that can be done or does it need to be replaced?
