Officejet Pro 7740 - no error messages given, the printer just keeps miss-printing lines that are supposed to be straight? We have done the usual checks/maintenance; printhead clean, printhead alignment etc. All ink levels are good, nothing appears to be jammed in the printer.
See photo below showing the problems experienced when printing:
Any help or advice would be appreciated, Thanks and regards, Adam

Hi @Excel_Labels ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand what you're experiencing with your Officejet Pro 7740 print quality issue.
- Printhead Alignment: While you mentioned that you've already performed printhead alignment, it might be worth double-checking to ensure that the alignment was done accurately. Sometimes, repeating the alignment process can help resolve issues.
 - Printhead Cleaning: Ensure that the printhead cleaning is thorough. Sometimes, a more intensive cleaning process might be required, especially if there's buildup or debris on the printhead.
 - Paper Alignment and Quality: Make sure that the paper being used is of good quality and is aligned properly in the printer tray. Improper paper alignment or poor-quality paper can sometimes cause printing issues.
 - Driver Update: Check if there are any updates available for your printer's drivers and firmware. Installing the latest updates might resolve compatibility issues that could be causing the problem.
 - Print Settings: Verify that the print settings are appropriate for the type of document you're printing. Sometimes, adjusting settings like print quality or paper type can improve print quality.
 - Hardware Issue: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there might be a hardware problem with the printer, such as a faulty printhead or other internal component.
