Lines that are supposed to be straight are printing with uneven edges - see photo

Officejet Pro 7740 - no error messages given, the printer just keeps miss-printing lines that are supposed to be straight? We have done the usual checks/maintenance; printhead clean, printhead alignment etc. All ink levels are good, nothing appears to be jammed in the printer.
