HP Laser jet Pro M102W
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

This printer is only 2 years old and has been used sparingly (only 1 cartridge replacement).  Just recently began printing with +/- 2” of text missing on the right side of the page. After double checking the print set up for the program being used (MSWord, Excell) and re installing the printer driver, the text was now missing on the left side of the page.  Any suggestions to fix this problem are appreciated.

 Hi @Luftee,

 I'd like to help!

To better assist you -

1) Does the copy print out the same way?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print cleaning page -

Print a cleaning page in Windows

For computers with Windows, Open HP Printer Assistant, and then print a cleaning page.

  1. Turn on the printer.

  2. Search Windows for laserjet, and then click the printer name in the list of results.

    HP Printer Assistant opens.

  3. Click Print, and then click HP Device Toolbox.

  4. Click the System tab, and then click Service.

  5. In the Cleaning Mode section, click Start to begin the cleaning process.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Print Quality Issues

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
