Product: HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On a portrait print, the left side is faded.  On a Windows test page, I can only see the last "ws" in the word "Windows".  I replaced the toner, updated the firmware and driver and the results are the same.  Any suggestions?

There are 2 possible issues toner or printer laser module. Make sure you have a full working toner cartridge.

Valsimot,

I did replace the toner with an new, HP cartridge - same issue.  Is there anything you can fix on the printer laser module?
