We've been struggling trying to improve our print quality. Toner levels are all fine, and they weren't replaced that long ago. I am attaching a print quality page here to start. Black looks fine, though there is still some purple extending vertically through the entire page. Any thoughts? Imaging drum need replaced? Cleaning pages don't ever seem to help.

Likely you have a bad magenta cartridge. The drums are part of the toner cartridge.

Thank you so much for your time. Yes, it appears the cartridges I bought were bunk. First photo is after changing the magenta. Still some white streakiness going on, and blobs of random color when printing blank pages. After changing the other two, everything looks great! So, I guess you should be careful which cartridges you buy....
After changing magenta.
After changing yellow and cyan.
