I bought all new cartridges for my HP M283cdw printer but now the printer says "Supply Problem" supplies are not communicating correctly with the printer all cartridges show a ? on them. How do I fix this I tried to update the printer wirelessly first time I tried showed up to date. But tried again after realizing I had automatic updates turned off and it found some updates but after clicking update it would just go back to the supply problem screen everytime I retried to install updates. I have not tried to manually plug it in with ethernet as I would need to bring it to my router which is in a cramped enclosed security room. Help appreciated.
I also noticed the ink I ordered 3 of the color cartridges are W2111AK, W2112AK, W2113Ak, but the black cartridge is W2110A with no "K" at the end would be a problem?...

It is possible that one of the cartridges is DOA but I would expect that the system would tell you which one and not question mark them all. Do you still have your previous cartridges? If so, I would reinstall them, even with empty to confirm that you have not suffered a printer failure. If the printer starts up, swap in the new cartridges one at a time.

I’m having same problem with supply problem on all but the yellow toner. Performing all updates, reinstalling, etc have not helped. Followed suggested process and each of the 3 are problematic. Is returning and replacing likely to resolve? My neighbor who works in IT thought likely a driver issue but reinstalling everything didn’t help. Confirmed cartridges are original hp cartridges. The hp website is no help along with virtual assistant and customer service who hung up on me.
