HP LaserJet Pro 400 color Printer M451dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Color calibration is off - when I run the color calibration routine and look at the printed page of colored squares they are shifted down and overlapping. I have updated firmware to latest available on HP website. Ran the cleaning diagnostic, reset to factory defaults, reboot. Ran the color calibration routine several times. Anything missing I can do or is this printer done?

Hi,

 

we need the following reports:
1. supplies status
2. diagnostic page (the last)
3. service page

 

upload here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size at least 200 KB.
But before you must remove or delete the personal data and printer serial number on the printout.

I do not see a "insert photos" icon, nothing appears clickable.

You can try performing a factory reset and then 3 full calibrations. Sometimes that is the only way to get rid of inaccurate data.

Is this "factory reset" you speak off different from the one I did using the menu tree on printer console? 3 full color calibrations?
