M476dw prints horizontal streaks

My M476dw is printing horizontal yellow streaks at regular intervals along both long edges of the A4 paper (see pics below).

The horizontal streaks do not run all the way across the paper, only at the perimeter of both long edges and are less than half an inch long. 

* All 4 cartridges are full

* I have run self cleaning multiple times, with no apparent change.

* I have cleaned the yellow toner roller using cotton wool and alcohol solution, with no apparent change.

Appreciate any advice please.

Replace yellow toner cartridge, it's defective.
