MY HP OFFICEJET PRINTER 8620 IS GIVING ME AN ERROR OF CARTRIGE PROBLEM. I PUT ALL NEW INK CARTRIDGES IN AND CLEANED EVERYTHING AS I WAS TOLD BUT ITS STILL GIVING ME THE MESSAGE, IVE TURNED SYSTEM OFF UNPLUGGED IT.AND TURNED EVERYTHING BACK ON AND STILL THE SAME THING , HELP ME PLEASE

I understand you are facing a cartridge error.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
