Product: Envy 5030

Hi

I'm having an issue with the magenta section of my ink - it constantly prints with a streak across. I've tried all the cleaning options on the printer and uninstalling and reinstalling the printer. I'm on Instant Ink so don't have another cartridge to try - is it most likely to be the cartridge itself?
