I just took this printer out after a few years and I decided to get it back up and running.
I got new cartridges and all but the magenta is printing. I ran the clean printheads 9 times now and then did print quality diagnostics page multiple times. It never prints out the magenta but all the other colors look great. When I look at the ink levels, it shows that the magenta is being depleted. I don't know what else to do because I have used over half of my ink now running these tests and cleaning the printheads. I am getting frustrated and don't want to buy another printer. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
