My Officejet 5230 began to print reds with varying degrees of quality and has now stop printing any colours with the magenta ink in it. I have skipped through all the hoops demanded of me by the Virtual Agent, e.g cleaning, deep cleaning, alignment, etc. to no avail - still no magenta printing. As I use the Instant Ink program the swapping in and out of cartridges is not an option (I don't have a spare anyway). Can you help, please?
I understand this may have to be done by private message.
