HP GT 5820 Inktank printer doesn't print Magenta for some reason. I've never had issues until today and don't know how to fix it. I've replaced the printheads about 8 months ago, and while we do use the printer, it's at home printer, so it's under 1000 prints a month. I have run the clean printheads and deep clean as well. Nothing seems to have worked.

any info will be appreciated

Hi.

I tried the solutions above and none of them worked. After reading a bit more about the issue - since I wasn't the only one having this issue, I came across a solution that worked for me.

So I think I've solved the issue for now. I did a warm water flush of the printhead, since it's removable and I think the magenta duct was blocked or something.
I've test printed a few pages and it all seems okay for now.

Thanks for the assist
