Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

Hello.  We bought this print in Singapore and since moved to Switzerland.  We can not find 955XL here. However, they offer 953XL for our HP 8710 Pro.  When we put these into the printer, we get a message stating it is 'incompatible'.  We have attempted to change the location settings as well as reboot the printer. Nothing is working.  Can you please help?
