Hello Community,

 

I moved from Brazil to US and brought with me my HP Deskjet 3630 All-in-one, but unfortunately I cannot find the cartridge 664 in the local market. I did found some that says it should be compatible but once I tried to install it shows unknown error.

 

From what I saw at some other posts I might need a region reset. 


Can someone help me with that?

Welcome to HP Support Community! 

  

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link

Hello @echo_lake, for some reason I cannot access my private messages. I cannot find the icon to see them.

I managed to get access to my private folder, but still didn't get any direct message.
