My Envy Inspire 7900s ink jet printer has streaks in the printing. I was trying to print a shipping label. Some of the lines don't print right. I can get the ink cartages out but I don't know how to pull the print head so it can be cleaned. How do I pull the print head so I can clean it

I ran (clean smear) 3 times and each time the page came out completely BLANK nothing on the page perod. Iran the cartage aliment chart Then I typed in on word pad and old saying from the days of fixing type writers ( The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dogs back) and every is now working 100% fine.
