Hello,
My HP envy 4527 all of a sudden is printing very bold but blurry copies. This is a huge issue as when labels/barcodes are printed - they can't be scanned - had issues with boarding passes, return labels etc - basically every reason i got the printer.
I have put in new cartrdiges, alligned them, completed "clean cartdiges' and 'clear page smears', but print quality is the same

I assume you have a smartphone or tablet, running 9 Pie, and are taking pictures of a QR or bar code.
You will need a photo studio app for android so you can sharpen the image to make it work.
If it were me, I would take a picture with the camera perpendicular with no shadows (not easy with no studio setup)
Transfer the image to my Windows 11 system, use ACDSee to edit the image, shrinking it to where it work.
Use plain paper when doing the edits. When satisfied, use the proper paper. I assume Avery labels.
The Envy 4527 is an excellent printer but I have found that eventually that Avery labels can come off the feeder sheet and wind about the rollers. After several disassembles to remove the sticky label, one finds an inexpensive label printer is more convenient.
I have have been there, done it, and bought the t-shirt.
The LJ printer I used wound the paper around the rollers. Your 4527 feeds straight through so is it is less likely to for a label to come off.

Thanks, not sure if taking photo would work. Things i was printing were PDF files and i couldn't get them clearer ( Dpd labels, Ryanair boarding passes etc) and on commercial printer they came out and scanned perfectly, but not on my printer... Only had this issue recently after using tne printer for few years (occasional use for return labels and such)

Sorry, I did not know you were working with the image already.
Your printer tracking is loose from aging.
Do an alignment or a calibration,.
let me know what happens. My LJ does a calibration periodically all on its own.
