My printer won't print - I geta box saying it can't recognise a printer and that's it.

Thank you for reaching out. Regarding your query on Smart Tank 7005 printer that does not seem to be recognized that you’re experiencing.


Kindly review the instructions as below :

- please share more details about both printer and devices you are connected with

- we recommend both printer and device to be HP only

- We at HP do not encourage using 3rd party accessories or devices , hardware upgrades unless advised in any form of hp documentation

- Find all relevant guides and drivers from the support page here on best effort basis with the limited details that we have about the device  -
