HP OfficeJet Pro 9012e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I moved to the USA from Belgium last year. I have OfficeJet Pro 9012e. I was using 963 cartridges back in Belgium, now I'm using 962 here in the USA.

I get the error message "The indicated cartridges are not intended to use in this printer as currently configured".

Actually, I had bought 962 cartridges last year and had the same problem and I remember that it was solved by doing the regional reset with the help of the technical support. I was hoping that this would be a one time process but I have the same problem with the new cartridges I recently bought.

I'm using only HP original cartridges.

I need help to do the regional reset.

Thank you.
