My HP Envy 4520 is printing pages with huge gaps in the ink. It's hard to explain but here are some pictures to show what's going on. The page I printed VS how it turned out:
It was happening with an old set of ink cartridges, and I had a set of unopened Instant Ink cartridges waiting to be installed so I switched those in and nothing changed. I've tried running the cleaning service and all that and still no change.
Please help!

Hi,
Please try aligning the print cartridges and check if that may help, please see Step 12: Align the printer below:
Also, try changing the print quality to Best and check if you may get better results then.
May you see any difference then?

I removed the black cartridge and printed in single cartridge mode and the quality is great. It appears the black cartridge I got from HP Instant Ink is bad. What's the best way to resolve this and get a replacement cartridge?
