1. I am presenting this TECHNICAL MATTER, as I am unable to contact HP, through E-mail, to connect with the appropriate Technical personnel
2. My NEEDS:
(i) Can I print on fine Cotton cloth (I have not tried, as I do not want to try that without advice)
(ii) Can I print on newsprint-quality paper? (I have not tried, as I do not want to try that without advice)
(iii) Can I have Inks that would not smudge or bleed, when I soak the paper in water based "resin" substance?
(iv) After soaking the printed paper (with the print), as pointed out in (iii) above, my next process would involve high-pressure pressing, to laminate the said paper onto another substrate. The temperature would be about 155 deg C. Is this possible, with any of the existing HP inks/ printing?
I would be happy to connect with the Technical/ Technology personnel at HP to take this subject forward.
Can I get Help, Please?
Thanks and regards

Most HP printers don't support printing on cloth.
The minimum paper weight for HP printers is 60GSM everything lighter will jam.
HP ink is water based and dissolves in water.
