Can I please be messaged the instructions to restart my individual printer to bypass the setup cartridges. They were damaged upon unboxing and cannot be detected by the printer. I have regular cartridges ready and installed, just simply need to bypass the error. Help is much appreciated, thanks!

@kmcdougle, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you do not have the setup ink cartridges. We will have to perform an OOB reset on the printer to resolve this issue. To do this, you will need to insert both HP regular ink cartridges in the printer.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
