I have a defective HP 951XL Magenta cartridge that is in warranty. The warranty expires Sept 2024, and I created HP Customer Support case [Personal Information Removed] on Aug 27, 2024. They recommended I chat with the Virtual Agent, but the Virtual Agent led me to multiple dead ends and will not give an option to replace the cartridge. I have verified the defect by switching it with another identical cartridge. I followed the steps on the HP Support Page to correct ink problems and I have followed several other troubleshootig threads/steps with no results. The error says "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If the problem persists, contact HP. " I purchased the cartridge on Sept 2, 2023 for $36.89 and it never worked at all. Please refund my money or replace it. I am having trouble communicating with a live person since my printer is out of warranty. However, it's not my printer that's causing the problem. If I can't get this resolved, I will not get another HP printer. Help!
