Product: Deskjet 3510
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I have an HP Deskjet 3510 printer. I changed the black ink cartridge and the alignment page did not print any black ink.  When I print, it is not printing black.  Can someone help me?

Do you get any error message?
