Hi HP Support,
I moved from GER to US and my new ink cartridges changed from HP303 to HP46. The new cartridges cannot be used due to region lock. Printer is a HP ENVY Photo 6230.
Please help!

To access your private messages, click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link

Hi,
The envelope symbol is gone and I cannot find it anymore. Neither on Firefox nor on Chrome. When I hit that link that you provided, I'll get an access denied error though I am logged in with my account. See pictures attached. I think the forum is buggy.
