Hi  @douglasdecouto

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thank you for reaching out, and I understand your concern, I'll be glad to help.

To assist you with the regionalization reset process, could you kindlt confirm the following:

  • Which country/region have you moved from and moved to?

In the meantime, if you have access to a Windows PC, Kindly try the below steps :

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:

1. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.

2.you only need the cartridges purchased from the new region/country to which you want to reset it to.

3. Make sure HP App is installed too.

4. The old cartridges will stop working once the reset is successful, so ensure you deplete the ink before switching to the new region using this reset.

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
