Hi I recently changed country from Sweden to India. I need to refill the cartridges but I’m getting incompatibility issue when I’m switching to HP India cartridges .
old cartridge: 304 new cartridge: 803
HP suggests to contact customer care I did that they say go to service centre. Service centre denied support as they believe Hp customer care should tackle this

Hi @Chavanish,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
NOTE: regional reset is attempted on a best-effort basis, it might not work on all printers.
If this does not work, we cannot re-attempt it as it may brick the printer
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
