Please provide me with an address where I can send this color cartridge back because I've tried everything and still cannot print color correctly. Before getting the printer fixed or junking it, I'd like to know whether it is the problem of the ink cartridge. I am on the HP Ink club and won't get new ink for a while. Meanwhile can't print anything in color properly. Please help. The support page is a labyrinth and no help although I know the cartridge is still under warranty. Of course the printer is not - consumer industry.
