HP Neverstop Laser 1000w
Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to refill the toner on my Never stop Laser with a 103A cartridge.  The cartridge will not turn 180 degrees.

When the cartridge is inserted into the Reload Port, the Reload Status Light flashes orange, and the Toner Level Indicator shows that there is only a little toner left.  Note that there is no +1 or +2 on the indicator.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is the second time it's happened. The first time I was advised to buy a new photo conductor unit. There was the same symptom, now it is the same. I won't buy new expensive parts through no fault of mine.

I found one post on this forum, but the solution could only be provided in a private message. Curiosity why.

I'm asking for help because I want to throw this piece of junk out the window.
I've worked with over a dozen HP printers so far, and now it's a bit of a letdown.
