After I insert the cyan Smart Ink cartridge, I have an error message: "Remove and reinstall the indicate cartridge, making sure it's correctly installed"  I have updated all firmware, and there are no further updates.  I have been using the Smart Ink product for 10 months without issue.  Now I cannot use my printer.  It is an HP OfficeJetPro 8715.   I have tried the unplugging and waiting 60 seconds trick to no avail. Please help!

By Smart ink, do you mean HP Instant Ink?

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
