New Instant Paper Plain

I have some questions about the new HP instant paper plain the information that I've read is vague 

It said that the paper plain will match my instant ink plain but what dose that mean exactly?

If the paper plain matches the instant ink dose that mean the paper plain will only change if you change your ink plain?

How much paper would be delivered to me on the £2.99 ink plain and how much would cost in total with the paper plain?

It also said that they would deliver 1 - 3 reams is a ream a pack of 500 sheets?

I would like a full explanation to how the new paper plain works please
