New Printer (Envy 6032) error E0

HP Envy 6032

I've purchased a Envy 6032 printer which was delivered today.  The set up was fine, however it printed the test page but only in Black/Blue and then an error code E0 came on the display.  This appears to relate to the tri colour cartridge.  I've removed it, cleaned (with glasses cloth) and still has the same error, also tried switching off/on and still same error.  On the instant ink page it is saying the cartridge is empty.  Any suggestions?  I've tried to contact HP, but you only seem to get a virtual agent and I've tried all the suggestions and I've spoken to the retailer who have arranged for the printer to be collected - but I need a printer desperately!!! 

 

Could anyone help on what to do?  The printer is being collected on Wednesday but ideally I'd like to get this one working.
