HP Recommended

I agree the chances of having 2 toners with same issue would be close to 0. I'm having this issue with the 1 brand new toner replacement cartridge from HP.  There was was no sealing tape or anything else to remove. Nor were there any directions except how to send HP the old cartridge in same box for disposal. The new toner was in a sealed plastic tray inside a sealed box from HP.
